Erin is the Clinical Research Coordinator, Office Assistant, and Medical Scribe at PDIC. She earned her BS in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh, and she is an aspiring physician with plans to attend medical school. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Cara Casilli, PA-C

Cara Casilli is a Physician Assistant at Pain Diagnostics and Interventional Care. Cara received her undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University graduating Summa Cum Laude from The Schreyer’s Honors College. She then earned her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Chatham University. She previously worked in clinical research at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. In her spare time, Cara enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

David Provenzano, MD

Dr. David Provenzano is a leading national expert based in Pittsburgh, PA. He treats patients who suffer from daily or situational pain. Jessica Russell, RN

Jessica Russell is a Registered Nurse at Pain Diagnostics and Interventional Care. She graduated from UPMC Shadyside Hospital in 2001. Jessie practiced as a medical-surgical nurse for several years before working in pain management. She has more than 10 years of experience in pain management and has worked with Dr. Provenzano since 2006. Her hobbies include water skiing, hunting and fishing.

Tammy Trippe, NP

Tammy Trippe is a Nurse Practitioner at Pain Diagnostics and Interventional Care. Tammy received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Robert Morris University in 2022. She previously worked in orthopedics and has extensive experience with musculoskeletal injuries. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones.

Madison Valdez, CMA

Madison is a certified medical assistant at Pain Diagnostics and Interventional Care. Her previous experience includes family practice, pain management, and pediatrics. Madison is originally from California and has lived in the Pittsburgh area for six years. In her spare time, she enjoys attending sporting events with her family.
