Cara Casilli is a Physician Assistant at Pain Diagnostics and Interventional Care. Cara received her undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University graduating Summa Cum Laude from The Schreyer’s Honors College. She then earned her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Chatham University. She previously worked in clinical research at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. In her spare time, Cara enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Megan Cook, BS
Megan serves as the Clinical Research Coordinator, Medical Scribe and Office Assistant, at PDIC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh and is an aspiring speech-language pathologist with plans to pursue graduate studies. In her free time, Megan enjoys biking, hiking, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Samuel Cohan, MA
Sammy is a medical assistant at Pain Diagnostics and Interventional Care. He is pursuing his BS in neuroscience and MPH in Health Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh. Sammy is an aspiring physician with plans to attend medical school. In his free time, he enjoys playing disc golf, running, and spending time with family and friends.

Victoria Doan, NP
Victoria recently moved here from Washington D.C. She graduated from the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at George Washington University. She has worked as an NP in both cardiology and internal medicine. She is passionate learning about the patient as a whole, shared decision making, and empowering patients to take charge of their health.

Chelsea Gamble, Practice Manager
As a seasoned manager, my primary goal is to contribute to the thriving success of the company by fostering a productive and harmonious work environment. I am dedicated to ensuring that our patients receive excellent service, and I will work tirelessly to maintain the high standards that PDIC is known for. Together with the team, I am committed to driving growth and excellence in all aspects of our operation.

Deborah James, NP
Deborah is a nurse practitioner who is passionate about providing evidence-based care to diverse populations. With a strong focus on chronic illness management, Deborah empowers patients to engage in their treatment journey. Her approach offers combinations of preventive strategies, interventional therapies, and collaboration with the patient’s care team in a person-centered care model, aimed at improving quality of life, restoring function, and supporting long term wellbeing. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Deborah was a travel nurse and delivered care to various populations from Manhattan to Honolulu.

David Provenzano, MD
Dr. David Provenzano is a leading national expert based in Pittsburgh, PA. He treats patients who suffer from daily or situational pain. Jessica Russell, RN
Jessica Russell is a Registered Nurse at Pain Diagnostics and Interventional Care. She graduated from UPMC Shadyside Hospital in 2001. Jessie practiced as a medical-surgical nurse for several years before working in pain management. She has more than 10 years of experience in pain management and has worked with Dr. Provenzano since 2006. Her hobbies include water skiing, hunting and fishing.

Madison Valdez, CMA
Madison is a certified medical assistant at Pain Diagnostics and Interventional Care. Her previous experience includes family practice, pain management, and pediatrics. Madison is originally from California and has lived in the Pittsburgh area for six years. In her spare time, she enjoys attending sporting events with her family.
